Field Service Engineer required to work for an Industrial Cleaning Equipment company based in Hanley, Stoke On Trent. The successful candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical engineering. Knowledge of the cleaning industry is advantageous but not a necessity as full training and support will be given.
Engineers will manage their own customer base which means that excellent customer service is a must, along with impeccable organisational skills. The majority of the time the engineer will be travelling direct to site from home, so will require the ability to work alone, as well as part of the team that will support them on a daily basis. Areas to be covered are Birmingham/West Midlands as well as local customers.
The role can sometimes be fast paced but is always varied, with a variety of different customers. The ability to manage their own time effectively is a must along with working under pressure.
Full UK Driving Licence is required
