Regional Trainer
Dorset/Bristol/Wiltshire
GBP30,000 - GBP34,000 + Company Car/allowance
***Please note before you apply this role requires extensive travel throughout the regions surrounding the M25/M3 - Dorset/Wiltshire/Bristol areas, there may be requirements to travel elsewhere to meet the needs of the business, we expect the individual will be out and about at least 70% of the working week***

The Role
As a RegionalTrainer you will be making a real difference to people with the autonomy to develop and evaluate all aspects of the Training cycle for your client group. Consistent in your approach, you will be delivering all aspects of Mandatory Induction Training, including the new Care Certificate for Qualified, Care / Support and Ancillary Colleagues. Your experience will also enable you to support the Training Manager to proactively identify learning needs and deliver the appropriate mandatory compliance and behavioural training across multiple locations.
Working as part of a wider team and reporting into the Training Manager, you will work collaboratively with the central and operational People Development team and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
The skills you'll need
To join us you will need to have a minimum NVQ4 qualification in learning and development, or relevant professional qualification such as Certificate in Training Practice, ILM level 2 or equivalent. You will have strong influencing and relationship building skills and be able to deal with complexity in a fast paced environment. You will also need to have previous nursing experience and have an understanding of the current UK regulated Health & Social Care training requirements, alongside experience providing exemplary training on regulatory Induction, Mandatory and Specialist Training within a heavily regulated setting.
