Our client has identified an exciting opportunity for a Systems/Data Analyst to join their growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to gain valuable experience within a successful niche business.

Position Summary
As Systems/Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Determining and documenting reporting requirements from internal and external clients.
• Process improvement, systems development and systems management
• Assisting in developing the fleet management system and reporting tools
• Managing and reporting of the company’s KPIs and development of reports using internal reporting systems
• Process mapping, writing test scripts, UAT testing
• Extracting raw data from various systems and manipulating raw data into presentable information
• Maintaining records, communicating requirements, monitoring deliverables
• Provide crucial analytical support to the company
• Production of regular client and internal MI reporting

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience to hit the ground running:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A creative flair along with the passion to introduce new concepts and innovations
• Strong organisational and time management skills i.e. ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Excellent/advanced MS Excel skills (VBA, Cubes, Functions, Pivot Tables etc)
• Demonstrable analytical skills and excellent mathematical skills
• Ability to communicate and translate between businesses need, data structures and analysis conclusions
• Ability to communicate complex, technical ideas to a non-technical audience
• Understanding of database configurations and linking tables
• To pair with extracting raw data – manipulating raw data into presentable information
• Familiar with object based programing
• Comfortable working with HTML in a live environment
• IT background and familiar with computer architecture
