An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR & Recruitment Manager to join a rapidly growing, well-funded start up based in London.

You will be responsible for controlling recruitment, onboarding and offboarding and all HR duties in-between. We are looking for someone who is resilient, driven and keen to learn.

As a HR & Recruitment Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:

General:

  • Recruiting for various roles across the company.
  • Overall management of recruiting into the company.
  • Improve and refine department processes for efficiency.
  • Liaise with management to fully understand roles and requirements.
  • Write and distribute technical job specifications.
  • Search, hunt and prospect candidates; linkedin, socials, etc.
  • Screening of candidates using our internal system, identify checks and referencing.
  • Arranging interviews and generally upselling the company and its available roles.
  • Arrange contracts, offer letters, set up and all that follows.

HR:

  • On / offboarding of staff and the handling of its respective process.
  • Ensure a log of all staff is kept and updated.
  • Arranging regular 1:1’s and reviews for management with all staff.
  • Providing all necessary tools for new starters to carry out their role.
  • Managing holiday requests, reporting upon timekeeping and sickness records as well as staff performance.


An ideal HR & Recruitment Manager will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Digital recruitment experience; development, seo, ppc, email, and other forms of marketing and sales.
  • Experience recruiting externally and internally.
  • Experience with onboarding, identity checks, screening and contracts.
  • Must have recent experience working in a similar position.
  • You will be able to demonstrate how you have implemented / improved procedures to ensure key objectives have been achieved.
  • You will be comfortable with decision making, reporting directly to senior management.
  • Strong IT skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Sales and company advocate skillsets.
  • Highly organised with superb time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise a heavy and varied workload.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable working approach.
  • Multilingual is a plus.
