Working within a busy office environment, your duties will include:
* Answering incoming calls from trade customers
* Dealing with any queries
* Preparing quotations
* Taking orders
* Providing first class customer service
* General administration, filing, copying etc
You will have previous office experience, together with excellent administration and customer service skills and a confident telephone manner. In addition, you will be a friendly and helpful team player, who is willing to learn.
