About the Supplier Governance Manager role:

A new opportunity has arisen for a Supplier Governance Manager at our head office in Bradford. Here you will be the lead for Service Management on all new supplier relationships ensuring that Service Levels are appropriate for the business and are clearly articulated in the Statement of Works which are linked to the business requirements.

Responsibilities of the Supplier Governance Manager:

Responsibilities will include the co-ordination of activities to on-board new and renew existing supplier agreements, evidencing the adherence to the Supplier Management elements within the delivery framework when selecting new suppliers. You will review all new Statement Of Works, ITTs and SoRs with particular responsibility for the Service level agreements for new contracts. You will be an ambassador for Supplier Governance for the Service Management area and promote the completion of quality assurance checks across supplier management activities within Project Delivery. You will work closely with our Procurement Management department to ensure supplier governance practices are followed when procuring new IT Services and helping re-align contracts for existing IT Services, and developing best practice and guidance documentation for Supplier Governance when on-boarding new suppliers across Service Introduction and Service Management.

Other duties will include taking responsibility for the creation of Service Level Agreements of sourcing IT offshore, service, infrastructure, application and technical IT Services to achieve IT Strategy and Business outcomes, head contact negotiations for new and existing services that impact Service Run and Service Management, and take ownership of Stakeholder Management for new and changed services within the service introduction framework, where contacts are being created or amended

About you

The successful Supplier Governance Manager will have the following skills and experience:

•Understanding of Supplier and Service Management
•Understanding of Procurement Management
•Understanding of technical infrastructures.
•Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels of the business.
•Experience of creating and reviewing SoRs, ITTs, and SOWs
•Good understanding of Excel
•Good understanding of Remedyforce
•ITIL Foundation
