Our client manufactures high tech laser based equipment that is sold worldwide. Their customers are blue chip medical device OEMs and aerospace/space manufacturers. The company is amongst the fastest growing companies in Europe and has seen a more than tenfold increase in turnover in the last 3 years.
Our client is looking to expand its software and controls capability by hiring an additional software engineer complementing their 22 strong team.
You will be responsible for
??? Development of machine control software both on a PC platform using C#.net and on industrial HMI controllers and PLCs
??? Support of in-house machine controls to develop new capabilities in areas such as robotic automation and vision systems
??? Some IT support of the rest of the team from time to time
Essential Attributes for this post are:
??? Experienced programmer in C#.net or equivalent

??? Strong work ethic
Desirable:
??? Degree level qualification
??? Experience of machine control
