This is an exciting opportunity to join a global FMCG business as a Workday Functional Consultant based in Bristol on an initial 6 month contract.

My client is an international FMCG business, they are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant with specific knowledge around Advanced Compensation to come on board for an initial 6 month project.
Description
The successful Workday Functional Consultant will be responsible for:
- Working with Functional Lead to effectively deliver the new Workday solution
- Driving the adoption of efficient business processes through system expertise
- Producing relevant system & training documentation
- Contributing to the wider programme as required
- Ensuring the finished solution meets business requirements
Profile
The successful Workday Functional Consultant will possess:
- Significant experience with the Workday system - from a technical and project focused perspective
- Specialist knowledge around Advanced Compensation functionality
- Proven experience of Workday system & process design
- Experience of testing the Workday system
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Experience of implementing Workday within a HR Shared Services environment (highly desirable)
Job Offer
GBP450 - GBP600 per day dependent on experience
