Sales & Lettings Negotiator
A leading name in estate agency currently has an opening for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The role will cover branches in Stockton and Middlesbrough and can offer immediate start. Duties will include:
Prospecting
Dealing with enquiries over the phone, email and in branch
Carrying out viewings
Negotiation of rents and sale price
Marketing the properties on external property portals, local media and social media
Staying on top of local competition and house prices
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a sales and lettings role and will be someone who has a professional approach and a reliable and committed approach to their career.
Salary offered is negotiable depending on skills and experience. An excellent commission structure is also in place. Driving licence is required
