An experienced Property Sales Negotiator is required to join a Darlington based Estate Agency. This is a permanent position offering full time hours working for a busy and fast paced agent.
The role will cover all aspects of property sales including:
• Negotiation of sales
• Carrying out viewings
• Diary management and organising viewings to suit buyer and seller
• Prospecting and marketing of newly listed properties
• Following up after viewings
• Loading properties onto online portals and updating the company social media
• Dealing with enquiries in person, email and on the phone
• Working to monthly targets
The ideal candidate will have previous Darlington property sales experience and will be a sales focused person who has a proven history of meeting or exceeding targets month on month.
You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and will be self motivated. Hours of work are 9-5 Monday to Friday with Saturdays half day on a rota basis. Driving licence is essential
