Our client is a Darlington based estate agents that cover all aspects of sales and lettings within the local area. They currently have an exciting opening for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their team in a permanent, full time role.
The role will involve all aspects of valuing local properties which will include a broad range of homes from studio apartments to larger luxury homes. You will carry out visits to the homes, make any suggestions and advisories that may ensure a higher price of sale for the property, evaluate selling prices of other similar properties locally and producing property particulars.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of valuing in the Darlington area and will have excellent communication skills with strong sales ability and excellent attention to detail.
Salary offered is up to GBP20,000 basic plus commission. Driving licence is essential
