Inbound Customer Service Representatives (NO SALES)

Newcastle, NE27 (Free Shuttle Bus Service from the City Centre)
GBP15,379 per annum plus bonus and benefits

We are currently looking to recruit a number of motivated individuals to join our financial services client's busy Customer Service team based on the outskirts of Newcastle with a free shuttle bus service to and from Newcastle City Centre.

Your role as an inbound Customer Service Representative will be based within the mortgage services team (previous experience in this environment not essential), with duties and responsibilities as follows:

* Dealing with high volume incoming calls from existing customers (NO SALES)
* Responding to queries regarding annual mortgage statements and mortgage balances
* Setting up new repayment plans
* Resolving customer complaints as they arise, ensuring that every call is dealt with quickly and efficiently
* Accurately updating customer account details
* Providing the highest levels of customer service at all times

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience within a call centre environment; however applicants with a strong background in face to face customer service are also welcome to apply. You must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment.

All applicants must be available to work between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and every third weekend for 6 hours on a Saturday and a Sunday with days off during the week to reflect working weekends.
