Lettings Negotiator
Our client is a Gateshead Lettings and Property Management company who currently have an opening for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The role will involve carrying out all aspects of lettings duties such as:
Viewings
Marketing of property
Advertising properties on a range of portals including Rightmove, company website etc
Negotiation on properties and dealing with the full process from initial contact through to move in
Completing tenancy agreements and making changes where needed
Working on commercial and residential lets
General administration
Previous experience of lettings is required and you will be confident when dealing with all aspects of the lettings process. The role is a busy hands on role so someone who is organised, professional and ability to manage their own workload is essential.
Salary offered is GBP7.50-7.80 per hour. Transport is required and business mileage will be paid
