Cash Operations Finance Manager

Finance Manager opportunity with a regulated business in the service sector and based in central Leeds.

The business has experienced a sustained period of significant change and is now well known across the market for its innovative practices and efficiency's. The Operations Finance Manager has a remit that is heavily focused on compliance and stakeholder management.

The team is responsible for processing a high volume of complex transactions in multiple currencies. The Finance Manager will lead a Cash Management team in their day to day activities, having responsibility for its activity against quality and service level agreements. You will make sure that all risks, issues and breaches are identified, tracked and managed to resolution, escalating severe breaches and supporting the Compliance and Financial Control teams with their Service Delivery audit activities.

The role is business facing which means the Cash Operations Finance Manager will work closely with Front Office and other Operational Support teams to design and deliver a Cash Management function that remains market leading. The role is high profile, with the Finance Manager taking a key part in ongoing continuous development projects along with the provision of regular, detailed key performance information to the business.

We are looking for an individual with experience of leading a Cash Management team in a regulated environment, who can demonstrate strong stakeholder and project management experience.
