A leading and well known name within property auctions currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Auction Specialist to join their team in Newcastle. A forward thinking market leader who have rapidly grown to become the UK leader in property auctions.
Due to company expansion, this exciting and fast paced role is available where you will join a strong team of professionals. The role will involve a broad range of duties including:
• Carrying out online valuations and comparables for local properties
• Working closely with local and national estate agents and vendors and tendering for new business/properties
• Monitoring changes, peaks and troughs or trends within the sector and region you cover
• Attending auctions where properties are being sold and networking at such events
• Increasing the network of estate agents within your given area of work and ensuring that customer satisfaction is met at all times
• Dealing with new enquiries and ensuring that all leads are explored
• Developing the business ongoing to ensure steady increase in agents and sales within the company
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder within a property related subject and will have proven experience of working in a fast paced sales environment, ideally within property sales (commercial or residential). You will be a driven, self motivated sales person who is hungry for meeting KPIs and targets.
You will have a professional approach and be confident when dealing with people at all levels and will be someone who thrives in a fast paced and competitive environment. You will be a strong negotiator with a strong level of business awareness and commercial understanding as well as having good IT skills and an impeccable telephone and face to face manner.
Salary offered is in the region of GBP16-,18,000 basic with OTE of GBP35,000 although OTE of GBP60K has previously been achieved within this role
