Purpose of the role:
The successful candidate is the single point of contact for a defined set of Distributors and DMRs, managing all aspects of the overall relationship with the Accounts: Revenue, Budget, Events, Business Plan, Quarterly Business Reviews, Sales Training, Communications, Exec coordination, Sales Operations, Technical Support, Finance & Collections processes, Contract/Legal, with the ultimate goal of growing the AVG/Avast revenue generated by the Distributor. The person will be managing Distributors in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Train and educate Distributor on AVG/Avast Business Stack (Core, CC, MW), build and execute marketing & sales plans with Distributor/DMR. Conduct formal Business Reviews with his/her Top Partners twice a year and develop a Business Plan with the ultimate goal of growing the "AVG / Avast wallet share" of each Partner.
- Facilitate a seamless process between internal Partner Distribution ISRs and Distributor teams to ensure that the leads passed along to Distributor are being closed successfully Provide input to Sales Manager/Director for Weekly Commit, based on his/her forecast in Salesforce.
- Maintain full integrity of portfolio records (Account, Contacts, Tasks, Opportunities, Funnel Management) in Salesforce.

- 3+ years of experience in channel led technology sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant technical field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quota in a channel led sales environment involving technical sales
- Experience selling network/security solutions
- Experience working with Salesforce.com
- Preferred Experience selling cloud/SaaS services
- Strong verbal and written skills including excellent presentation skills.
