My client's corporate team supports a wide range of clients, from global businesses on transactions with an international dimension to entrepreneurs and business owners requiring local expertise and connections. The corporate team members also have in-depth knowledge and experience in a number of sectors. They lead firm sector teams including media, healthcare, charities, financial services and aerospace and defence.

The team assist with a range of corporate service, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity & venture capital, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and reorganisations. Due to growth and demand, they are seeking someone with a 'Corporate' focus to support the Team Leader and help develop the firms client base.

Given that the role will involve a range of work from entrepreneurs to national and international corporate work, they are seeking a genuine expert in the Corporate field, to include M & A, private equity and restructuring. You will possess awareness of clients' commercial imperatives and be able to tailor advice accordingly, in addition to anticipating the legal needs of your clients and drafting complex, bespoke or unprecedented documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a sound tactical awareness and will be able to supervise a team in respect of preparing documentation
