Customer Service Advisors

A fantastic opportunity has risen for a bright and dedicated Customer Service Advisors working for a huge public sector organisation based in Bristol. The role is paying GBP10.71 per hour plus holiday pay and is looking to start ASAP for an initial period of 3 months. Your Responsibilities will include:
* To provide customer advice and support
* To respond to customer enquiries
* Create and maintain customer records
* To provide resolution of complaints by providing accurate information

* Strong customer service background is an essential requirement
* Good I.T Skills,
* Great communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Good interpersonal skills
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to use own initiative
