Junior Management Consultant
GBP25,000- GBP40,000 + Car Allowance + yearly group wide profit bonus scheme ( no external shareholders, employee benefit trust in place)
Hoop recruitment are working with a well established, growing management consultancy who are actively looking to add bright, talented and committed project managers to their growing business of talented individuals.
You will have worked as a project manager previously, have a keen eye for challenge, seek a solution not deliver a problem, and have the ability to work with stakeholders both internal and external.

The core aspects of the role will be supporting the management and delivery of complex programmes across very specific sectors where impartiality and confidentiality is key.

The length of assignments will vary and there will be variation as to the end client given that the organisation are approved on numerous framework agreements including FATS and consultancy one (to name a few).

Promotion boards are held bi-annually and there is a yearly salary review within the business.
