THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual looking to progress their career, to join our well established Residential Property Team. You will be expected to advise on all areas of residential law and practice, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. There will be a fee income budget (commensurate with your qualification and ability) and an expectation that you will take responsibility for managing your own workload. The role will involve advising on freehold and leasehold conveyancing, off plan purchases, leasehold enfranchisement, rent charges and legal charges. Ideal candidates will have an interest in marketing and business development coupled with a number of existing contacts or clients within the local area. In return you will receive a competitive salary package.
CANDIDATE:
The candidate should be well-organised, technologically proficient and capable of working on their own or within a team. They will also be required where necessary to provide supervision to more junior members of the team. The successful application will be either a newly qualified Solicitor or an experienced Paralegal or Chartered Legal Executive and will have trained within a well-regarded City or regional practice.
