Reporting into our Senior Learning and Development Partner, you will be responsible for providing instructional design expertise to design and develop or procure high impact Functional/Technical learning solutions to meet global/market Functional/Technical learning priorities. You will partner with client subject matter experts to identify key learning objectives and content then evaluate whether to procure or design potential solutions. You will also focus on in-house design, conceptualize and storyboard instructionally sound, interactive and engaging solutions (classroom or e-learning). Partnering with multimedia developer (where necessary) to build and deliver solutions. When required you will work as part of a global team on specific Learning & Development projects and initiative's.

You will work extremely closely with the leaders within your client area operating in a train the trainer capacity as the Delivery of the training will be carried out by the Leader! You will provide mentoring and guidance to these Leader as a trusted guide with a wealth of knowledge.

You will ideally have knowledge of the needs analysis cycle and different Learning and Development models including solid approaches to meaningful assessment.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience of working not only as part of an in house learning and development team or externally as an L+D consultant.
