Sales Administrator – Part Time – Total Teamwear, 47-49 Queens Rd, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 3JE

20 hours per week Monday to Friday, over 4 or 5 mornings (negotiable)

£12.50 per hour + a generous profit share depending on Company performance this year it is £3000-£4000

Holiday 25 days per year (20 taken through the year – 5 taken for Christmas shutdown period)

NEST pension scheme membership – Employer Contribution 3% of earnings

Permanent position with all the above benefits after successfully completing a 3 month trial period

Job Description:

Making phone calls & sending emails to existing Customers and new prospects

Keeping a daily activity sheet of calls made and Customer feedback

Preparing, emailing and following up quotes to Customers

Dealing with incoming sales enquiries either over the phone or in person in the office

Sending  out mailshots or catalogues to anniversary Customers and other sales opportunities on the database

Manage a diary of follow up calls & emails as required

Assisting with phone answering in the office but not during outbound call sessions

Person required:

A confident & well spoken individual who is comfortable when dealing with  Customers over the phone & in person. Needs to be computer literate, however, training will be given on bespoke programs. Will need to be highly motivated, well organised and have good time management skills. A good command of spelling & grammar will be required. The successful applicant will enjoy being part of a small, friendly team and directly contributing to our continued growth & success.
