Offering a superior service within Children's Residential Care, a warm welcome awaits you at Branas Isaf, a division of specialising in support for young people with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties. We are seeking a caring, compassionate and committed Deputy Manager to shape the team and provide the support that allows our amazing young people to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of Deputy Manager offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role.

We are seeking candidates who have experience working with children and young people as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader. You will also have a QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young Peoples Workforce and a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature.

We have over 250 Services as far North as Inverness and as far South as Kent, and all areas in between. We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join us in our Bala based home and make a real difference to young people's lives. We are looking for enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do! Our young people have varied likes and interests, whether this be trains, cooking, art or going to the cinema; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
