Who will I be working with?

Gladman Land is the UK’s most successful land promoter, and is part of the respected Gladman Group which has been thriving in the development industry for over 30 years. The business acquires sites nationwide, and focuses on their early delivery through a planning led approach. 

The quality focused, family run business continues to make significant investment into employees, with ongoing success directly attributed to a strong emphasis on team work and open communication. Each member of the growing workforce of over 180, is valued by the experienced and approachable Management Team, with support and training provided for career development.

So, what will the role of Business Apprentice entail?

Working within a fast paced environment, as a Business Apprentice you will gain experience and knowledge of the different aspects of the Gladman Land business. You will be working with, amongst others, Land professionals, Project Managers, Lawyers and Planners. After an 18 month rotation period, you will work with your mentor to select the area of the business in which to develop your career further.

What will I need to be considered for this Business Apprentice vacancy?

• Minimum of two A Levels at grade B or above
• Proactive approach with a passion to learn and develop
• High standard of IT literacy
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Flexibility towards tasks
• Enthusiasm and a positive outlook
• Ambition to succeed

What will I receive in return?

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Attractive Benefits: Complimentary lunch daily at the onsite bistro, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 5% employer pension contributions, private healthcare, Wellness programme, and a wide variety of social events.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish time, and the ability to work a 9-day fortnight.
