Reporting to the General Manager of IT Services, the Change Manager will work with the wider areas of the business to ensure Non-Ecommerce IT services are delivered in a consistent manner to a high standard.

This role involves Change Management processes and tools which help to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. In addition you will support the design, development, delivery and management of communications and be able to assess the change impact. The role requires you to conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. You will be required to provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. You will also be required to identify processes and procedures to support the change management function where needed.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven stakeholder management skills. You will be ITIL Certified with a working knowledge of ServiceNow. Previous experience of Change Management and Service Management is essential. Ideally experienced in Service and Support with some LAN/WAN design, server and storage experience.
