Recruitment Business Manager / Managing Consultant - IT & Tech / Perm & Contract Recruitment
Our well-established, Multi-Branch Recruitment Client is looking to hire a Business Manager / Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant to be based out of their busy, Bristol office.
We will also consider Consultants looking for their next step into Management with at least 4 years Recruitment Experience, ideally with an IT / Technical related background.
Overview
The role requires a committed, professional and passionate Recruitment Leader to take ownership of operational delivery, business development and have full responsibility for management and performance of a small but experienced, IT, Technical, Engineering Recruitment team. You will have previous, proven ability to manage and successfully develop business, a proven track record of delivering aggressive growth targets and have the ability to coach and retain high performance teams, leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of and ability to manage and control the business unit P&L whilst delivering results in a demanding environment.
- Accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Integration and use of CRM systems to drive business performance and day-to-day reporting along with the judicious and relevant use of KPI's
- Introduce tactical solutions and strategy to deliver desired results.
- Career development of consultants including regular reviews, 121's, progression analysis, mentoring, encouraging, training, motivating.
- Relationship building with customers' senior decision makers in order to generate new and evolve existing customer relationships
- Sound Commercial experience with the ability to understand and negotiate with international corporate organisations and clients at senior levels.
- Assess business opportunities / restructuring / strategy / improvements and execute a strategic, forward thinking business plan to ensure success of the branch.
