An exciting opportunity for a weekend repair call handler has arisen working within a emergency response team!
Do you consider yourself a natural problem solver? Are you an outgoing and confident person who thrives off helping people? If the answer is yes, then looking no further!

So what will you be responsible for as a repair call handler?

* Acting as a first point of contact to all incoming maintenance query calls
* Answer and respond with a high level of service to service users and housing associations
* Filling in maintenance forms clearly and literately
* Updating the system with accurate call notes

The ideal candidate will have call centre experience and have good reading and writing skills whilst demonstrating experience of using IT systems and software to a competent level. You will be self sufficient and accurate whilst providing a composed and empathetic approach.
Having your own method of transport is recommended due to the location of the centre and finishing times.

The working hours will be -
* Saturday and Sunday
* 8 am - 4pm

Full training will be provided.
