Job Description
• Main point of contact for answering phone calls, emails and face to face enquiries.
• Receive, organise and send out quotations.
• Receive quotation acceptances and prepare job sheets for works to be completed.
• Liaise with construction team regarding ongoing works and client updates.
• Deal with all issues of Office Management including insurance, smooth running of office and up keep of all administration.
• Prepare, send out and manage invoice payments.
• Track ongoing and incoming work and financial payments.
• Payroll management.

Experience necessary
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good IT knowledge including Excel, Work and other Microsoft packages.
• Good time management and prioritisation skills.
• Good self- starter and initiative.
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Experience Desirable
• SAGE accountancy package.
• Knowledge of construction industry
