Our well established client who is based in Ashford is looking to recruit a Call Centre Sales Advisor.

As a Call Centre Sales Advisor, your role will involve:
*Communicating with customers via telephone, SMS and digital channels
*Contact people who have made enquiries about their service, answering any questions they may have, assessing their eligibility and selling them the correct service
*Converting leads generated from their marketing activities into signed up customers
*Meeting daily sales targets
*Updating customer management systems
*Attend training sessions and team meetings
*Admin tasks ensuring that standards and service are maintained and exceeded

The successful applicant will need to have the following qualities/skills:
*Previous telephone sales experience
*Excellent communication and listening skills
*Polite and friendly telephone manner
*Excellent at building relationships with customers and enjoy providing outstanding service
*Good negotiation skills
*Strong work ethic
*Positive can do attitude
*Motivated to succeed

Salary: GBP16,500 plus bonus/commission

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - different shifts (within the period of 8.30am-8.30pm Monday-Friday), the hours will include 2 Saturdays per month 9am-1pm.
