Your new role
By joining the Hays Education team you will be engaging with a wide range of schools within the area, supporting pupils with BESD, EBD and a diverse number of complex needs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to use your understanding of SEN to support students with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties allowing them to achieve specific personalised targets. Using your judgement and expertise you will handle any difficult situations that arise, whether that be behavioural or emotional whilst staying within the school guidelines and policies.
