6 week temporary booking available for a customer focused individual!!

If you are immediately available, able to commit to the full 6 weeks work and have experience in customer service, we want to hear from you!

You will be working Monday-Friday but will need to be flexible in working a 37 hour week on shift between the hours of 8am-7pm.

Key Responsibilities;

- Assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints, primarily on the telephone, but also face to face whilst managing the reception service, in writing, and through a range of electronic access channels, to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact unless specialist or further investigation is required.
- Use sound judgement and make decisions within established procedures for each service request including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries, recognising and acknowledging diversity whilst adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators, service and quality standards to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Maintain electronic and written databases of letters and forms received, information given, services requested and complaints made to ensure accuracy of information, consistency and efficiency when dealing with customers
- Encourage feedback on services provided.
- Prioritise and complete a wide range of administrative tasks to support other departments
