As Senior Education Standards and Effectiveness Officer you will lead curriculum development and pedagogy strategy for secondary schools, development and challenge of underperformance across all education settings, including particular focus on school's causing concern. You will undertake a significant school improvement role through analysing standards and effectiveness of provision in schools and managing high-impact intervention strategies. You will lead the management of the delivery of admissions, attendance and pupil welfare to children, families and schools ensuring the service meets the statutory requirements of the local authority by ensuring high quality consistent practice. This role makes a significant contribution to improving the life chances of all Doncaster's children.
