Our client has just been ranked 27th in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to work for in the whole of the UK and they are looking for an innovative and forward thinking individual to join their Estates Team.
They are a housing and support organisation based in Bath, providing affordable homes and high quality care and support services across the West of England. They manage nearly 13,000 homes and are developing and building 300 homes every year.
They provide award-winning support services to a wide range of people, including young people and teenage parents, older and disabled people, people at risk of homelessness and people affected by memory loss.
They have a leadership opportunity if you are self-motivated and passionate about making a difference to local communities. You will be working with services for privately and publically funded customers who have support needs.
We are looking for an inspiring leader who can work with our client's Business Development colleagues to develop and grow the ILS service through effective marketing strategies.
Successful candidates will have strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee the work of a team, motivating and engaging people to deliver their best everyday to a specific service model. Experience of care and support services isn't paramount - they are looking for a successful track record of leading teams and growing services.
