Your new role
Site Manager required immediately in the Bath area to work on a new housing scheme. The project consists of 50 housing units with a total project value of GBP15 million. The site manager is required to work alongside an existing site manager on the project reporting to the construction manager. You will be required to ensure the project is run to the same high standards already in place on site, making sure the houses are completed on schedule while ensuring the health and safety standards are adhered to.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role. CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid
