Site Manager - Social Housing

Search Construction client, a leading Social Housing Contractor based in Central Belt, are looking to add a Site Manager to their Ops Team on a permanent basis. The business prides itself on having a forward thinking, employee focus ensuring that respect and honesty are at the forefront of their ethos. As a Site manager, you will be responsible for managing all Sub Contractors, Liaising with End Clients and ensuring the Project runs to time and budget.

Requirements

Ideally worked at Site Manager level with a Social Housing Company, (Private residential experience will be considered)

Experience working on Timber Kit development

Comfortable managing Sub Contractors.

All Certs updates, SMSTS, First AID, CSCS etc

Within Commutable distance to Edinburgh.
