Hourly Rate: £7.57 - £8.64 + Excellent Benefits

The UK's leading and best-known food on the go retailer are currently looking to recruit a Supervisor and Senior Team Member for their Kidderminster shop These are full-time and part-time roles, Supervisor on 35 hours per week, Senior Team Member 16 hours flexible per week.

The Role
Supporting the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager, you would ensure that all customers receive great products and a friendly service at the Kidderminster shop. You will be expected to ensure that all customers have a great experience and that they feel special and valued by every member of the team.

This is retail management at its most practical - you'll get involved in food preparation as well as ensuring that the shop is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times. When you're in charge you'll also be tasked with opening and closing the shop, running shifts, stock counting, cashing up, as well as keeping an eye on every detail that goes into the efficient operation of the store.

The Candidate
Supervisors or team leaders - ideally with food production or retail experience - will be ideally suited to the role. You will need strong numeracy skills, basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours. On a personal level, the company are looking for enthusiastic problem-solvers who can manage change, communicate with people from all walks of life and constantly focus on customers.
