Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary Range: 15,375 - 16,123 pa (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: 4.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Job Duties:
The post holder will work as part of a team, to help make the resources of the library and information service available to all customers, including those at a disadvantage. S/he will be required to deliver a high level of customer service by assisting members of the public and providing support for specialist library staff.
