Are you an experienced Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable Assistant ? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join an ever expanding business in central Brighton. My client is a market leader in its chosen field and has an award winning brand that has continued to grow over a number of years.
As the Accounts Receivable Assistant you will report to the AR manager.
Responsibilities will include:
* Responsible for the accurate allocation of daily Bacs and cheque receipts
* Processing and allocation of daily Card and Bank Transfer receipts
* Daily monitoring and support of PayOnline student payment queries; ensure response times are kept within 24 hours
* Processing and allocating daily credit card income taken in Embassy centres
* Transfer funds between bookings
* Void and reallocate receipts as required
* Allocate credit memos timely
* Accurately generate and distribute sundry customer invoices

To be considered for this role you will need to have extensive accounts receivable experience. Very strong excel skills will be required including v-lookups and pivot tables with a high attention to detail.
