Description
As an Interim Regional HR Manager you will be:
- leading and supporting all advisory and transactional activity within designated geography
- supporting development of workforce
- ensuring team projects are measured and supported ensuring effective planning and delivery
- reviewing effectiveness of HR operational team
- supporting changes in your area
- taking responsibility for designing, evaluating, and maintaining of systems
- undertaking surveys and audits as necessary
Profile
You will be:
- CIPD or degree qualified
- able to build effective network as part of the team
- experienced in managing a team
- flexible to travel
Job Offer
The salary is up to GBP41.000PA
- 37.5 hrs per week, Mon-Fri
- 27+8 days holiday
