ONLINE ADMINISTRATOR

Due to continued business growth our client is looking to appoint an online sales and marketing administrator for their amazon and ebay markets. Having been chosen as representative of fire safety goods you will ensure that the amazon and ebay sites are continually updated, listing and managing products. You will be dynamic and hardworking and not afraid of working in a sometimes pressurised environment, quickly and efficiently. After full product training, you will be required to contribute to the development of the company's marketing strategy, including analysis and development of paid marketing activities. Training will be provided by our existing amazon/ebay specialists.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Listing and describing new products
  • Ensuring that orders are processed correctly
  • Increase turnover and profitability of the amazon/ebay sales
  • Online stock control
  • Devise marketing strategy (after full training)
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Providing an excellent customer service experience

Key Skills:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good communication style with customers and amazon/ebay staff
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • A good organiser
  • Love working as part of a friendly team
  • Social Media knowledge would be useful
  • Good level of maths and English

Working an 8.5 hour day you will have a paid lunch break and enjoy a range of refreshments throughout the day such as tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate and fruit.
