Lead Account Manager

About the role
Our Work Winning team are expanding and to help us achieve our goals, we're looking for an Lead Account Manager to maintain and develop client relationships within our Rail Plant division. Our Rail Plant division is very valued as we provide a 24 hour service to Britain's Railways covering the complete range of track maintenance, track support and engineering activities.

What you'll be doing
Located in Derby, This is an exciting role as you will the face for our Working Winning Plant business, nurturing and maintaining the great relationships we currently have with our existing and previous clients.

As a Lead Account Manager you will most importantly be focusing on:-

* Developing the business relationships/plan and capturing the plan for our plant division

* Working in partnership with the Business Development manager to understand and communicate future market opportunities including cross hire and procurement of additional plant

* Identify and develop existing and emerging opportunities to fully exploit them which will assist you with contributing ideas to customer and industry engagement strategy and plan

Who we're looking for
To be successful for this position not only will you have a passion for Rail, you will also have a creative mind set, detail oriented focus and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across the Plant division.
