Customer Service Representative - Night Shift

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative specialising in live chat to join our fast-growing dynamic team in a financial company based in Monument, London. You will play a vital role in generating sales and providing excellent customer service originating from online chat and / or email. This role requires someone who can work under pressure and is swift in answering customer’s questions and chatting online. We are looking for a result driven individual who is highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills and possesses the aptitude to work under their own initiative. You’re always prepared to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships and will be responsible to respond to customers through e-mail and chat to convert sales and upsell online trading or forex
• Build customer relationships as part of the sales process and manage the resolution process for all customer related issues
• Be positive, grammatically correct and enthusiastic in every communication with our customers—not just on email, but also on live chat
• Offer to call the customer at their convenience should they have questions that may be better answered over the phone rather than through live chat

Key Requirements

• Basic understanding of trading industry
• Able to work the night shift from home (12.00am – 6.00am) 
• Excellent communication, analytical, listening and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
• Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
