HR Adviser - Maternity Cover
Date: October 2017 - 31 August 2018 or upon return of the post holder, whichever is sooner
Salary: £25,193 - £26,069
Hours: Full Time
Barton Peveril is a highly successful 6th Form College that is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Adviser to cover a period of Maternity Leave.
You will have experience of working within a busy HR environment and providing general HR support and advice to managers and employees. You will provide a comprehensive HR service and contribute to the efficient operation of all HR related activities in particular taking responsibility for Employment Relation cases, Recruitment and Attendance matters and consulting with the HR Manager on all of the above. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or above and will be CIPD qualified to a minimum of Level 5. You will have good working knowledge of HR legislation, have previous experience of using HR software and strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively at all levels.
