Team Leader – Fast/Casual restaurant in Liverpool One-£7.75 per hour 48 hour contract
I am currently recruiting for a Team Leader for an exciting, fast/casual dining restaurant in Liverpool One!
This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Team Leader, or experienced team member ready for their first team leader appointment from a food led background to really make their mark! With the company continuously growing and opening further restaurants, there are real opportunities to progress to the next level and enhance your career.
I am looking for a Team Leader with a proven track record in leading the team and taking charge in the absence of the Store Manager. Someone who isnt afraid of roll their sleeves up. You will assist the General Manager in the day-today running of the restaurant, managing and training your team.
The ideal Team Leader will be an exceptional leader who is self-motivated and able to communicate effectively. With the customer at the forefront of all you do, you will be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £19500 per annum (paid hourly £7.75 per hour 48 hour contract), as well as the chance to earn bonus based on your performance.
