£26,800 per annum • 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday • Permanent

You must have experience of delivering high quality planned and reactive works to domestic dwellings and the ability to provide accurate diagnostic solutions. To be successful you will need to demonstrate well developed trade skills, primarily in carpentry but also in the following areas: wet trades, masonry, glazing and plumbing.
