Part-time, Permanent positions

are recruiting caring people with experience of providing personal and enabling care to a range of flexible, part time vacancies.
Your role as a Home First Care and Support Worker will include:
- Enabling people to remain safe and well in their own home.
- Assisting people to live as independently as possible within their own home.
- To support people when in crisis, and to avoid crisis.
- Supporting people to die at home safely where that is their choice.
The post holder will be required to:
- Have the essential qualifications, NVQ level 2 or equivalent in a health and social care related subject.
- Undertake training and development to achieve NVQ Level 3.
- Be an excellent communicator, including written skills and the ability to assess and feedback to other professionals.
- To work on a flexible rota including evenings and weekends in line with the service demands.
- To attend staff meetings and training relevant to their post.
Experience in care is required with a caring and compassionate attitude being an absolute necessity.
Friday 15th September and Saturday 7th October 2017, where you will be able to meet members of the team.
