The Role The Resourcing Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support for all recruitment activity on a firm-wide basis (encompassing fee earner, support and TST recruitment as required). The role is based in Leeds or Manchester, with occasional travel to the other UK offices, as required. Duties The following list of duties is not exhaustive but gives a flavour of the duties the Resourcing Administrator undertakes: ? Responsible for updating internal and external job boards and databases with vacancy information (e.g. The Source, Engage, LinkedIn etc.) ? Arrangement of agency briefings, agency meetings, interviews and assessment centres ? Generation of all recruitment correspondence including of offer letters and contracts, and additional papers with other ad hoc correspondence as required ? Supporting the team with direct sourcing including producing market maps and research documents ? Liaison with candidates from job offer through to joining the firm ? Ownership and production of regular management information reports on recruitment activity, invoice records, success rates, cost per candidate and agency performance data - via the recruitment ATS ? Ownership and maintenance of recruitment templates and feedback forms ? Managing recruitment invoicing in conjunction with the Resourcing team and our Central Procurement team e.g. raising PO numbers ? Dealing with general recruitment enquiries including monitoring the Recruitment inbox in a timely and professional manner ? Super User and main point of contact for recruitment ATS, Engage ? Graduate Resourcing - Offering support to the Graduate Resourcing Team in periods of peak seasons. This will include: ? Supporting throughout the selection process, screening and organising assessment centres. ? Supporting and coordinating annual Graduate Events (University Careers Fairs, Graduate Open Days and Placement Schemes) Knowledge, skills and experience required (bespoke to role) ? At least 12 months' experience of working in an administrative or secretarial role in a busy office environment, preferably in a professional services or a similar organisation ? Good attention to detail and a proven track record of consistently high accuracy levels and overall high standards of work ? An ability to manage conflicting requests or concurrent multiple projects, including rearranging interviews and co-ordinating fast paced schedules ? Able to interact professionally and credibly with candidates, internal clients and suppliers ? Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office and database management skills, ideally including experience of using an Applicant Tracking System ? Ideally experience of using direct sourcing tools for example Linked In, CV Databases
