Rarely do outstanding part-time Marketing Manager opportunities exist in central Bath, but today is your lucky day! Working for an outstanding and fast growing marketing agency you will own the Marketing Strategy and deliver innovative campaigns. This is a varied role that utilises online and offline channels, with the flexibility to work 3 full days, or reduced hours across the week, this could be your perfect opportunity.

What you'll be doing

First off you will set the direction for the agency's strategy, finding ways to increase viability as well as delivering new business/lead generation campaigns. You will lead the planning and delivery of all marketing initiatives, this will include the campaigns, copywriting such as newsletters, blogs, case studies, pushing these out across digital media via social channels and posting through the CMS. You will develop marketing collateral to support new business and events, as well as planning and running client/prospect events.

You will be commercially minded and analytical in your approach, reporting on campaign successes and monitoring ROI. New leads will be driven from your successful campaigns so this is a very hands on role.

What experience you'll need to apply

• Ideally having worked within a marketing agency or a professional services firm
• Solid B2B experience, with proven lead generation campaign experience
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself
• Broad experience across the marketing mix
• Good understanding of digital channels
• Strong copywriting ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
