Our Highbridge based client is looking for a caretaker/maintenance worker to work on a full time basis/temporary contract.
You will be required to work 32.5 hours per week starting on the 23rd August
You will be required to work at 7am to open the property and then to return at 2pm to work until 7pm ( to close the property)
Your duties will include;
- Performing basic repairs where required
- Mowing the lawns
- Completing simple projects such as tiling or other flooring replacement
- Maintaining the exterior throughout the seasons
- Cleaning out rain gutters
- Removing fallen branches or other parts of the landscaping
- Painting and decorating
You will need to be hard- working, friendly and reliable for this role. You will also need to be physically fit.
