My client is the owner of a stunning Mediterranean restaurant based in Lancashire. The restaurant is part of a large food and sports complex that attracts 1000's of customers every week and he owners are looking for a quality focused head chef who can drive food standards forward and produce the best food in the area.

This company offers huge opportunities to develop careers and grow into more senior roles and invest time in making sure you are given the best tools to do your job. This role is not about numbers and GP%, the ideal candidate will be 100% food focused and understand that the owners want to produce the best. You won't be targeted on food costs and there will be no stock takes to do.

This role requires an organised chef who has experience in a busy fresh food environment. The site has a menu in place and successful candidates will be expected to maintain a high level of consistency with it. Although the opportunity for more menu development will present itself in time, the current menu will be run with to begin with.

The restaurant plans to shift to a 4 day week in the next couple of months and with that 3 days off will be available to the successful chef. this is a well paid role that offers great work life balance.
